	Daniel Sheehan, President Daniel Sheehan is an attorney, educated at Harvard Law and Divinity Schools. Sheehan founded and was the Chief Counsel for the Christic Institute, a public interest litigation and policy center that won the first case against the KKK, exposed the Nicaraguan/Contra Affair, prosecuted the Kerr-McGee Nuclear Power Company, which stopped the building and proliferation of new nuclear power plants in the USA, and stopped the Three Mile Island Company from contaminating the public. He served as Legal Counsel to the New York Times in The Pentagon Papers case and currently serves as President and Chief Counsel for the New Paradigm Institute in Santa Cruz, CA. and Cambridge, MA. daniel@newparadigminstitute.org Sara Nelson, Executive Director Sara Nelson was educated at Cornell University and graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a B.A. in Anthropology. She has been a member of the California Commission on the Status of Women, the National Chair of the Labor Task Force of the National Organization for Women, she launched the national Karen Silkwood Project and became the Executive Director of the Karen Silkwood Fund. She was the Founder and Executive Director of the Christic Institute in Washington, DC, the Executive Director of the State of the World Forum in 1999, an organization born of the Gorbachev Foundation. Nelson is currently the Executive Director of the Romero Institute, a non profit organization concerned with law, human rights and spiritual values, the Director and Co-Founder of the ECO Mary project and the Executive Director of the New Paradigm Institute. sara@newparadigminstitute.org Jennifer Wilkie, Media Coordinator Jennifer Wilkie graduated with honors from UC Berkeley with a degree in Peace and Conflict Studies. She brings extensive organizing, media, and youth activism experience. She led the youth component of the State of the World Forum in 1999. In 2000, Jennifer worked to organize weeklong, non-partisan youth conventions of 500 people concurrent with the Democratic and Republican National Conventions. She now serves as the Media Coordinator for the New Paradigm Institute. jenny@newparadigminstitute.org Annie Schlesinger, Office Manager and Events Coordinator Annie Schlesinger graduated from the University of Arizona with a major in Public Relations and Communications. Annie has lived and worked in Sydney, Australia and Barcelona, Spain. She was a Co-Founder of the Democreation Project and has extensive event planning and production experience.
