	2004 Election Fraud Analysis What follows is a general review of available evidence of fraud in the November 2, 2004 U.S. Presidential Election, and a case for action to uncover more facts. Our review is not designed to qualify as a “comprehensive” report on election fraud issues. Instead, we present such information as we think necessary to justify a clear cause of action. That action is, in a broad sense: a comprehensive, multi-fronted effort to generate transparency in re the possibility of election fraud in 2004. And, it may become, more narrowly: the ramping-up of a Romero Institute-sponsored investigation into certain hard allegations of electronic vote fraud.
